Leon Copywriting is a sole-proprietor copywriting service specializing in medical aesthetics marketing. We operate at leoncopywriting.com. When this policy says "we," "us," or "Leon Copywriting," it refers to this business and its sole operator.

  • Client project materials shared during the course of a working engagement

Portfolio samples displayed on this site are either original spec work created for fictional practices, or real client work shared with explicit written consent. Real client names and identifying details are never displayed without permission.

HIPAA notice

Leon Copywriting is a marketing service provider, not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA as defined by 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164. We do not request, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) in the course of our work.

All copy we produce is patient-facing marketing material — no individual patient records, health data, or identifiable medical information is involved in our services.

If a client engagement requires access to PHI for any reason, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) will be executed prior to any data sharing.

Cookies & tracking

This website uses only essential cookies required for basic site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking tools. Our website host may collect anonymized analytics data subject to their own privacy policy.

Data retention

Inquiry data from the contact form is retained for up to 12 months or until the purpose for collection has been fulfilled. Client project files are retained for 24 months following project completion, after which they are securely deleted unless an ongoing relationship is in place.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
